Broadband paradoxes

The ever-perspicacious Andrew Odlyzko's Powerpoint presentation on The Many Paradoxes of Broadband (via JOHO Blog). As usual, many counter-intuitive but accurate points. For example, did you realize that we all technically have access to broadband as the FCC defines it... via CD-ROMs sent through postal mail?
