New York Times: War in Iraq Provides Model of New Way of Doing Battle

There was a technological revolution in the 1990s, and it affected much more than business. The US military has been one of the most avid adopters of the network-centric paradigm that the Internet represents. That's why we'll have a Vice Admiral (and leader in the military's "transformation" effort) speaking at "Supernova."
