Score one for the VOIP guys

A federal court has barred the
state of Minnesota from applying traditional telecom regulation to
voice over IP service.  It's not immediately clear what the basis
was for the decision.  Regardless, this will put more pressure on
the FCC to clarify the legal status of VOIP.
