Copyright Information

These pages are my work and are protected by American and international copyright laws. Documents on the Web are considered "published" and are copyrighted at the time of publication whether or not they bear a copyright notice (although the notice may be used in court to show than an infringer was aware of the copyright).

What the copyright means is that you can't infringe or appropriate my work. Infringement would include copying these pages and putting them up on your own site, or putting up modified versions of the pages (for example, by changing my name to your name). Appropriating the graphics files on this page (which are also my original work) would also be an infringement of my copyright.

You are welcome to use these pages for inspiration, or to copy some of the individual links on my pages for your own hotlist, or to link to any of my pages from your own site. None of these uses involves appropriating my intellectual property.

I put a great deal of time and effort into these pages, which is why it's important that I protect my intellectual property. Many of the pages on my site are resources for Web publishers, which I have created to contribute to the growth of the Web. Please respect my work, and if you have a question about using any of the materials on these pages, email me first.
